📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and operational processes to identify reporting needs and automation opportunities • Assess data sources, data quality, and reporting capabilities • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards • Create report specifications covering data definitions, calculations, filters, and formatting standards • Establish report scheduling, distribution lists, and automated delivery processes • Configure, test, and deploy report jobs across development, testing, and production environments • Monitor report job performance, resolve failures, and implement corrective actions • Validate report results against source systems and business requirements • Perform trend analysis and deliver actionable insights • Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions • Document report logic, data mappings, job schedules, and support procedures • Manage report inventory and governance, including version control, naming conventions, and retention standards • Identify reporting automation and process optimization opportunities • Support user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation • Develop ad hoc reports for operational, financial, compliance, and executive needs • Establish report dependencies, execution schedules, and monitoring controls • Coordinate report migrations and deployments across environments under change management processes • Train and support end users on report interpretation, access, and self-service reporting tools • Lead strategic planning, development, and governance of enterprise reporting solutions • Recommend new metrics, KPIs, and reporting capabilities • Oversee automated report jobs and reporting workflows • Complete company training and compliance courses • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3-5+ years of related experience • Effective verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical collaborators • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and influence others • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and implement actions to achieve functional goals • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify, prevent, and resolve issues collaboratively • Strong project management skills, including managing details through completion and meeting deadlines • Knowledge of business mathematics, including weighted averages and percentages • Basic spreadsheeting skills using Excel • Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice • Excellent general knowledge of IT standards and methods • Preferred: 5-7+ years of related experience • Preferred: Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, timely and accurate analysis, and interpersonal communication skills
