📋 Description

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume • Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture • Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results • Maintain a professional and personal image upholding HGV standards of integrity, quality, and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays • High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members • 2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience • Basic technical abilities to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary programs • Active state real estate license if required in the state of residence • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA) • Proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment • Private, professional workspace free from interruptions • Clean and organized on-camera background • Must be on camera at all times during training and live presentations • Understand that visual and audio interactions are recorded during onboarding and training
