📋 Description

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume • Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture • Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line • Mentor, model, and reinforce effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results • Maintain a professional and personal image upholding HGV standards of integrity, quality, and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays • High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members • 2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience • Basic technical ability to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and similar programs • Active state real estate license, if required in the state of residence • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship • Proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment • Able to work in a private, professional space free from interruptions • Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background • Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations • Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded during onboarding and training
