• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting SMBs • Build ABM strategies with clear goals, audience segmentation, and channel mix • Own paid media (search, social, display, syndication) and continuously test offers and creative • Manage MQL to SQL pipeline performance, including CAC and disqualification rates • Write campaign briefs and align stakeholders across Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing • Report on campaign performance and pivot based on insights • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops • Optimize website chat playbooks and lead conversion paths • Collaborate across teams to align messaging and touchpoints throughout the funnel
