📋 Description

• Defining and improving useful APIs for customers • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable features for web-based applications • Maintain and enhance existing features, adapting them for an evolving market • Evangelize coding, testing, and performance best practices with the team • Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams on new customer-focused features

🎯 Requirements

• Significant relevant production experience with large-scale Ruby on Rails applications • Great written and verbal communication skills • Preference for taking projects from inception to completion and being outcome-oriented • Strong understanding of systems architecture, database design, and the Ruby language • Proactive communication and time management as a remote employee • Pride in craft, valuing clean code that scales for large teams • Interest or experience with AI/ML technologies, especially in content generation or data structuring.
