📋 Description

• Own Commercial Renewals: Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, driving predictable retention and long-term customer value. • Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align commercial conversations to customer business priorities and outcomes. • Drive Growth: Identify and progress expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams. • Lead Commercial Negotiations: Own pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations to achieve successful renewal outcomes. • Develop Account Strategies: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create commercial account plans that support renewal success, executive engagement, and future growth. • Manage Commercial Risk: Proactively identify commercial risks, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers. • Deliver Forecast Excellence: Maintain accurate renewals forecasts and CRM hygiene, providing leadership with clear insight into risks and opportunities. • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage customer insights, product usage, and commercial metrics to prioritize opportunities and improve portfolio performance. • Improve the Business: Contribute to scalable processes, operational excellence, and best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial role within a B2B SaaS environment, with experience managing Enterprise and Strategic customers. • Demonstrated success owning complex commercial renewals and consistently achieving retention and revenue goals. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead commercial conversations with confidence. • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating SaaS agreements, pricing, and contract terms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights, usage data, and business metrics to inform commercial strategy and decision-making. • Experience maintaining accurate forecasts and managing opportunities within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer and business outcomes. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities while maintaining operational excellence and attention to detail. • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.
