📋 Description
• Provide functional leadership focused on Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. • Collaborate with onsite team and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges. • Maintain regular communication with onshore teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system to meet client specifications and business processes. • Develop test plans, test scripts, execute testing, and document results to ensure the system functions as expected. • Identify defects and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to requirements, configurations, processes, and user guides. • Provide ongoing support to client’s post-implementation, addressing any system issues or user queries. • Recommend improvements based on user feedback and best practices. • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems. • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR metrics and support decision-making. • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionalities. • Keep up to date with the latest HCM trends, Oracle HCM technologies, and updates from the Oracle.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementations. • Minimum 2-3 successful implementations. • Ability to assist with the implementation of at least one to two modules from the below list independently: • ORC, Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, OTL and Payroll • Strong business process background • Strong business communication and customer management skills. • Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff. • MS Office Skills • Ability to analyze data sets and do comparative analysis • Must travel on a need basis to client location in US • Must have a valid US visa to travel to the client location
