📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Perform UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, end-to-end, and retesting activities • Identify, document, track, prioritize, and validate defects through resolution • Maintain testing documentation, execution records, traceability, test results, and status reporting • Support integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation • Participate in sprint and release testing, including test planning, defect triage, smoke testing, deployment validation, and post-deployment verification • Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes to project stakeholders • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and project teams to validate requirements and system functionality • Develop user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, training presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs • Prepare training scenarios, demonstrations, datasets, and user adoption materials • Support or facilitate training sessions, user walkthroughs, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer • Support business readiness, go-live, transition-to-operations, and post-implementation stabilization • Identify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI tools to improve testing, documentation, training, reporting, and knowledge management • Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, relevance, accessibility, and requirements alignment • Ensure testing and AI-assisted activities comply with privacy, security, accessibility, quality assurance, and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Testing Analyst, QA Analyst, UAT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role • Strong hands-on experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and UAT activities • Experience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, enhancement, and release testing • Strong experience with defect identification, documentation, tracking, triage, and resolution validation • Experience working with user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria • Experience working within Agile/Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments • Experience with ServiceNow or similar work management/testing platforms is an asset • Experience developing training materials, user documentation, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge articles • Experience supporting business readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities • Familiarity with AI and Generative AI tools and their application to testing, documentation, analysis, and training development • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including human validation of AI-generated outputs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple testing and readiness activities simultaneously • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
