📋 Description

• Define how Hightouch creates, communicates, and proves customer value, and how that value gets positioned and sold • Develop go-to-market thinking for core offerings by defining buyers, business metrics, current problems, costs, outcomes, and credible proof • Turn product capabilities into value stories sellers can discover, quantify, defend, and advance with customers • Establish the connective tissue from buyer and business problem to use case, product, proof, qualification, and business case • Author business outcome frameworks for the Agentic CDP and its components • Build a canonical use case library mapping ICP to pain, use case, product, and proof point • Define current-state and future-state narratives, discovery paths, qualification criteria, objection handling, and deal talk tracks • Partner with the launch team on go-to-market positioning for launches and material releases • Document product capability boundaries • Help define product readiness standards and partner with field leaders on certification • Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and the field

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or an adjacent go-to-market function, with substantial time spent on positioning and messaging for technical products • Track record of authoring frameworks, not just producing collateral • Direct experience with products sold to both technical and business buyers • Martech, data infrastructure, analytics, or data warehousing experience is a strong plus • Evidence that sellers actually used what you built • Fluency in a qualification methodology, such as MEDDPICC • Comfort operating across functions without authority over them • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is verified post-hire through E-Verify
