📋 Description
• Connect and ingest data from CRM, marketing platforms, cloud data warehouses, and external APIs into Salesforce Data Cloud • Create and manage Data Model Objects, Data Lake Objects, and standard or custom mappings • Set up and optimize identity resolution rules to merge duplicate customer profiles • Build segments and activate unified data across marketing, sales, and service channels • Monitor data streams and troubleshoot ingestion errors • Ensure data quality and compliance • Collaborate with administrators, marketers, and developers to align data architecture with business goals
🎯 Requirements
• 3–7+ years working with Salesforce platforms • At least 1–2 years specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud • Current Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant credential preferred • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and segmentation • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts • Experience with APIs, JSON, and cloud storage integrations such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud • Experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing • Experience with Lightning Web Components • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations • Must reside in the United States • Must hold U.S. citizenship • Must have a valid LinkedIn profile
