📋 Description

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions meeting business needs • Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects • Mentor and develop Junior and Senior Appian Developers • Maintain technical knowledge • Support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc. • 4 to 5 years leading Appian software development teams • Previous experience with databases and system integration • 8 to 10 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred) • Experience in an Agile environment • Variety of technical expertise including process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling • Experience in requirement discovery, BPM best practices, and design and build of BPM applications • Ability to identify and evaluate new or alternate technologies • Ability to manage finances of the assigned work area • Ability to assess Appian objects and pull requests for major logic errors • Ability to communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications • Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification listed • Mentorship skills
