📋 Description

• Ensure AI agents are clinically safe, operationally efficient, and valuable to patients and healthcare organizations • Clinically validate deployments and implement safety protocols before go-live • Drive clinician adoption and confidence in AI agents • Measure improvements in care access, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency • Identify new clinical use cases and workflows for AI • Align clinical, technical, and business teams on safety, outcomes, and patient-centered design • Explain complex medical and AI concepts to clinical and non-clinical audiences • Manage clinical projects and coordinate clinicians, patients, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state • Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings • Strong patient communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly to lay audiences and technical teams • Experience prompting language models and interacting or working with LLMs via text or voice • Experience with conversational AI or clinical NLP • Commitment to safety and ethics • Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices • Deep clinical knowledge from nursing or healthcare delivery experience • Experience managing clinical projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Nice-to-have: experience in clinical informatics • Nice-to-have: background in quality/safety or clinical education • Nice-to-have: experience with clinical guidelines and patient-education best practices • Nice-to-have: domain expertise in clinical and care management workflows
