• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking. • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases. • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and the development of recruitment marketing materials. • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates as needed. • Prepare candidate evaluations and other documents for hiring decisions. • Stay informed on industry trends and participate in recruitment-related events and initiatives.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. • Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
