• Achieving sales revenue goals within the defined territory • Working collaboratively with other commercial team members and cross-functional departments • Serving as the point person for end-to-end commercialization • Developing and executing business plans • Leading clinical and technical product demonstrations • Presenting and negotiating capital acquisition options • Implementing post-sales installation, support, and adoption protocols • Supporting new customers in clinical adoption of HistoSonics technologies • Participating in business development and educational activities such as trade shows and industry meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field • Minimum of 7 years of sales/clinical experience in the medical device industry • Minimum of 3 years of disruptive capital equipment sales experience • Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong sales • Must be able to meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including background check, drug screen and immunizations. • Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license. • Must be willing and able to travel more than 75% of the time.
