• Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician onboarding, and live procedure support • Partner with Account Managers on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities • Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations • Provide in-person and remote procedural support • Demonstrate procedural expertise in imaging and therapy delivery • Ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols • Identify opportunities to expand procedural utilization and account performance • Develop and execute site-specific action plans with Account Managers • Share clinical insights to improve performance, workflow, and outcomes • Support collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams • Maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders • Drive optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural success • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnights as required • Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including background check, drug screen, and immunizations • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in complex healthcare environments • Working knowledge of HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines • Personal vehicle required for field travel • Valid driver’s license required • Employer will not sponsor visas for the position
