• Support the preparation of site HSE plans • Act as the primary point of contact for HSE issues • Monitor and report HSE performance indicators • Ensure the safe planning of site activities • Lead incident investigations and define corrective actions • Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures • Conduct inspections and lead safety discussions (toolbox talks) • Promote HSE programs, including "We Care"
• CNESST (CoSS) certification for construction sites • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO) • Bilingual in French and English • HSE experience on complex projects • Training in incident investigation • Knowledge of electrical safety (high voltage)
