📋 Description

• Serve as a primary liaison between the IAM team and business users and stakeholders in Japan • Partner with IAM engineers and platform teams to support identity services, access controls, and operational improvements • Support cybersecurity documentation, process updates, and standard operating procedures • Help ensure IAM controls align with cybersecurity policies, standards, and compliance requirements • Assist with operational coordination, issue tracking, and follow-ups across cybersecurity teams • Communicate technical concepts clearly in English and Japanese for technical and non-technical audiences • Assist with requirements, resolve issues, and communicate changes across teams and regions • Support day-to-day cybersecurity operations with a primary focus on Identity and Access Management lifecycle management, access controls, and governance • Report to the Workforce IAM Program Manager within Identity and Access Management at Hitachi Vantara

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese fluency required, including speaking, reading, and writing • Fluency in English required, including speaking, reading, and writing • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT environments • Exposure to cybersecurity operations and identity-related platforms • Working knowledge of IAM platforms and concepts • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear policies and documentation for non-technical audiences • Attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global, cross-functional environment
