📋 Description

• Driving/coordination of Executive level projects • Owning and leading multiple projects • Working in a team of professional project managers • Experience/ability to work in a complex and high-performance culture • Awareness/Experience of Agile/Waterfall project management • Awareness/Experience of process management tools • Foster a culture of innovation, standardization and best practice within the team • Performing the role of trusted advisor/SME for Global Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or related field • 5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management roles • Advanced ability in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools skills • AI tools skills are also preferable • Skilled in the phases of project/program management including stakeholder and change management • Excellent organizational skills • Detail-oriented experience with strong stakeholder communications and problem-solving skills • Proven ability with task prioritization, time management skills and ability to work independently • High level of fluency in English language skills, and another spoken language is ideal, Japanese is a plus • Governance Experience-coordination skills and background to support a strong framework for the Executive Team • Experience of working in a Sales/Services/ Support background • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
