📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and business teams to shape application strategies • Support sales with technical training, documentation, and expertise • Deliver consultative guidance to operations and engineering partners • Develop and promote methods to optimize transformer components • Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative approaches • Create and enhance technical solutions that elevate customer satisfaction • Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities • Serve as a technical liaison across internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center environments • Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and testing processes • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects • Skilled communicator with collaborative problem-solving abilities • Experience in customer-facing technical support is beneficial
