📋 Description

• Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements • Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals • Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs • Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability • Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions • Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, proposal management, marketing, or project-related roles • Experience working with technical products, equipment, or industrial solutions preferred • Knowledge of transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis tools such as Power BI • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to comply with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment background checks and security screenings
