📋 Description

• Drive the Loss Prevention function and initiatives within designated areas of responsibility • Provide cross-functional Loss Prevention support for organizational processes • Manage multiple tasks and projects to achieve goals • Analyze current Loss Prevention merchandising, operational, and related processes to identify shrink and profit-loss liability • Identify solutions, make recommendations, and implement controls to mitigate shrink and profit loss • Integrate Loss Prevention considerations into cross-functional business activities • Communicate process enhancements and changes across functions and within Loss Prevention • Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff • Manage a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers • Handle personnel matters including selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development • Report typically to the Senior Manager of Asset Protection • Travel overnight as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Ability to work a flexible schedule • 1 year of Home Depot experience • 1 year of management or supervisory experience • 2 years of Loss Prevention store management or supervisory experience • Must pass the drug test • Must pass the background check • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field • Master's Degree preferred • Ability to analyze Loss Prevention merchandising, operational, and related processes • Ability to identify issues, make recommendations, drive solutions, and implement controls to mitigate theft, fraud, shrink, and asset protection issues • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work directly with business leaders and build effective business partnerships • Ability to set challenging objectives, communicate clear expectations, demonstrate urgency, and take ownership • Ability to operate and drive business-related programs • Ability to work in the United States
