📋 Description

• Lead a team of associate and senior associates and drive team activities, customer service, and continuous process and delivery improvement • Lead day-to-day activities for the payments tower, partnering with project teams and offshore business partners • Provide coaching and support development of business and technical skills • Ensure daily service delivery to multiple stakeholders and drive team engagement • Collaborate with FBS team members and organizational stakeholders to align strategies, share information, and complete transactions effectively • Develop and recommend solutions and gather business-needs input and feedback • Maintain internal controls, drive compliance, and document processes and job-specific requirements • Monitor departmental goals, daily activities, SLAs, and month-end/year-end processes • Lead team calls addressing operational topics, improvements, projects, and issue resolution • Improve service levels, solve operational issues, and foster continuous improvement and innovation • Oversee financial policy administration and serve as escalation point for risks and issues • Provide updates and recommendations to leaders on objectives, policies, program effectiveness, accomplishments, findings, and impacts • Mentor, coach, recruit, hire, and manage direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback • Manage transformational projects from planning through execution and post-action review • Share insights and drive adoption of predictive and prescriptive techniques and methods

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills • Previous people or project team management experience • Experience with application and implementation of innovative technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired • Master's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
