📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee the Ethics Awareness and Compliance Program for Honu Services and supported sister subsidiaries • Develop the enterprise compliance strategy aligned with corporate objectives and government contracting requirements • Develop, implement, and audit policies and procedures for FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, ITAR/EAR, and internal standards compliance • Maintain, update, and distribute the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct • Ensure regular compliance and Code training for employees and onboarding training for new hires • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and other changes affecting the Program and communicate impacts to executive leadership • Conduct periodic risk assessments and review the Program at least annually • Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability • Identify resources and data access needed for an effective Program • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and documentation • Oversee anonymous and confidential internal reporting systems, including a Hotline system • Ensure internal reports are appropriately handled, resolved, and documented • Investigate alleged Code or Program violations and develop mitigating corrective action when appropriate • Oversee policies and procedures for required government notifications and disclosures • Report to the General Counsel & Head of Compliance, periodically to the C-Suite, and to the Board of Directors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in the government contracting sector • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree in law, public policy, business, or a related field preferred • Deep knowledge of federal procurement regulations • Experience with SBA regulations strongly preferred • Experience related to internal and external audits, including those initiated by the government • Proven ability to advise executive leadership and manage enterprise-level risk • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Must maintain a dedicated workspace • Must be available during standard business hours • Occasional travel required • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods • Must be able to type and read from a computer screen • Must have mobility including bending, reaching, and kneeling • May need to lift up to 30 pounds
