📋 Description

• Execute and manage original, persuasive, conceptual and visually compelling design work • Lead projects with a focus on storytelling through motion design • Work with Creative Directors and Design Directors • Maintain and promote an internal awareness of industry design trends and standards • Inspire a positive creative culture • Demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple projects • Set an example for more junior design staff

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of cutting edge digital creative work • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment • Expertise in communicating brand narratives through storyboards/styleframes • Experience developing novel concepts for motion design • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Strong proficiency of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator • Active user of AI image generation tools • A willingness to share skills and knowledge with more junior team members
