📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrated financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and business cases for new products, partnerships, and investments • Evaluate economics of commercial agreements, including pricing, revenue share, unit economics, and ROI • Help shape deal terms with business leaders • Support fundraising, M&A, and capital allocation decisions • Own monthly and quarterly forecasts for supported areas • Contribute to the annual budget and long-range plan using driver-based models connecting operational metrics to P&L outcomes • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews of actuals versus plan and forecast • Explain variances and flag risks and opportunities to business leaders • Partner with leadership on market sizing, investment prioritization, and cost optimization • Prepare executive-, board-, and investor-ready materials • Use SQL, BigQuery, and AI tools to automate recurring reporting and analysis • Serve as a finance partner to business leaders and provide recommendations to senior leadership and the CFO

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A • Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement models, DCF, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis • Expert proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets • Solid understanding of accounting and connections between the three financial statements • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Working knowledge of SQL or demonstrated ability to learn technical tools quickly • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and builder mindset • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline • Experience in investment banking or private equity is preferred • Experience in technology, fintech, travel, marketplaces, or B2B partnerships is a plus • Experience with Python and/or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus • CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus
