📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-tiered go-to-market plans across SMB, regional MSSPs, and strategic named GSIs • Develop targeted marketing plays and revenue-driving programs for the MSP and MSSP partner base • Optimize high-volume marketing motions through cloud marketplaces such as Pax8 • Track and report campaign engagement, partner portal adoption, and partner-sourced or influenced pipeline in Salesforce • Build and launch multi-channel joint campaigns across digital, social, PR, webinars, and email • Create repeatable campaign frameworks, co-brandable sales kits, and through-partner collateral • Expand Horizon3’s brand presence at MSP industry shows and community gatherings • Drive engagement through partner webinars and portal community activity • Design partner incentives, promotional plays, and engagement campaigns • Support account mapping, partner practice development, and offer creation with MSP sales representatives • Support partner recruitment and onboarding through white-glove workflows and enablement experiences • Build sales tools and educational collateral with Partner Practice and Partner Success teams • Report directly to the Head of Partner Marketing and collaborate with sales counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of partner marketing or channel marketing experience in B2B cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS • Dedicated experience working within the MSP/MSSP ecosystem • Working knowledge of the managed services landscape • Experience leveraging cloud marketplaces such as Pax8 for programmatic marketing campaigns, partner activation, and demand generation • Demonstrated success launching joint campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and PR initiatives • Proven success designing GTM programs across SMB, territory MSSPs, and strategic named GSIs • Strong background collaborating with sales counterparts on partner development strategies, incentive programs, and expansion plays • Ability to build partner sales tools and simple, co-brandable assets • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Experience with PRM platforms such as Unifyr • Experience with marketing automation tools • Experience with virtual event platforms • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong ownership, organization, creativity, and stakeholder influence • Legally authorized to work in the United States
