📋 Description

• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function from end-to-end • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring needs • Own the recruiting process for Brazil • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement • Use analytics to influence decisions • Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives • Drive local employer branding efforts • Enhance recruitment operations within Workday and other platforms • Recruit across multiple regions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with multi-regional experience • Strategic and analytical mindset • Creative and innovative skills to develop compelling campaigns • Strong stakeholder management skills • Independent and resourceful • Bilingual in Portuguese and English • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market • Collaborative mindset
