📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by gathering necessary billing information and documentation • Resolve billing-related issues or obstacles for customers • Enter billing-related data accurately to prevent invoice errors and discrepancies • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience during billing setup • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when handling sensitive billing information • Train and guide customers on navigating the billing system, accessing invoices, and understanding billing details • Serve as the primary customer contact from registration to go-live • Clarify, complete, or correct registration-form information • Communicate customer expectations and schedules • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of work experience in the billing department • Work experience with billing systems and the most known payment gateways • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to work the specified evening or weekend schedule • Experience supporting clients via phone, tickets, and chat • Experience supporting clients with their billing information • Willingness to participate in standard candidate verification steps, where permitted by applicable law • Acknowledgement that employment history and other application information may be verified in accordance with applicable laws and hiring practices
