📋 Description

• Serve as a critical strategic partner and force multiplier to the Founder/CEO • Take on operational burdens, navigate ambiguity, and execute special projects • Streamline the CEO’s operational cadence, manage priorities, optimize time, and filter information flow • Act as a confidential thought partner on strategic, organizational, and personnel challenges • Represent the CEO in internal forums when appropriate • Drive the Executive Leadership Team operating cadence • Design and execute monthly ELT meetings, weekly agendas, and organizational read-outs • Facilitate cross-functional communication between the CEO and executive team • Anticipate organizational bottlenecks and facilitate decision-making • Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, investor updates, and executive reviews • Lead high-impact special projects from ideation through execution • Drive adoption of AI productivity tools across the leadership office

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in high-growth environments • Preferred experience within a technology startup at Series B/C or later stage, strategy consulting, or a similar fast-paced analytical role • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly across cross-functional teams and to senior leadership • Collaborative, humble, low-ego approach prioritizing collective success • Presence and diplomacy to command a room, drive difficult conversations, and build alignment among senior leaders • Data-driven problem-solving and ability to design practical, effective solutions • Proficiency with and enthusiasm for modern artificial intelligence tools, including generative AI and LLMs • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities under pressure • Strong organization and bias for action • Ability to build trusting relationships across all organizational levels
