📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to communications partner to the Chief Business Officer and leaders across Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, and Expansion • Translate GTM strategy into clear, compelling communications for the commercial organization and broader company • Own communications strategy and execution for sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, organizational changes, leadership transitions, and cross-functional initiatives • Write and produce GTM all-hands materials, town halls, leader videos, executive memos, and manager cascades • Partner with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance on consistent GTM communications • Coach GTM leaders on written memos and live all-hands communications • Design and maintain repeatable AI projects, agents, and automations for scalable communications and leader self-service

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement, ideally in a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or B2B environment • Track record supporting senior commercial leaders such as CBO, CRO, VP Sales, VP Partnerships, or VP Business Development • Deep fluency with go-to-market motions, including sales, account management, partnerships, and business development • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including adapting voice and refining messaging • Ability to build communication plans, sequence messages, and run communications as a program • Comfort with ambiguity and supporting leaders through transition and change • Discretion, integrity, and maturity when handling sensitive information
