📋 Description

• Craft and execute experimentation-driven product-led growth strategies across onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization • Drive activation rate, time to value, product-qualified leads, net dollar retention, and expansion revenue • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners to build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, predictive logic, and smart automation • Drive cross-sell and attach across hotels, flights, cars, and groups • Increase adoption of Direct Bill, FlexPro, and Rewards • Connect high-intent product moments with sales or account teams • Form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and turn results into action • Translate complex ideas into plans and align cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, data, sales, account management, and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience • Ideally experience with a self-serve or product-led B2B product • Experience owning a conversion or revenue metric • Experience moving metrics in at least two of acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention • Strong analytical and experimentation skills • Ability to design tests, interpret results, and turn data into decisions • Understanding of how to apply AI to prototype, ship small fixes, and interrogate data • Fluency with experimentation/analytics tools, e.g. Amplitude, LaunchDarkly, SQL • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling plans and drive cross-functional alignment
