📋 Description

• Own a customer-facing product area end to end • Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Take features from discovery through launch and iteration • Use research, behavioral data, and customer conversations to guide product decisions • Define key metrics and improve conversion, engagement, and retention • Use AI for prototyping, research synthesis, specification writing, and customer experience improvements • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support • Turn competing priorities into a clear, shared direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience • Ideally experience with customer-facing products in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech • Strong generalist product skills, sharp product sense, customer empathy, and a data-driven approach • Experience with UX reviews, funnel analysis, and A/B test readouts • Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic products, or use of modern AI tools in day-to-day work • Ability to move with urgency, communicate the rationale behind decisions, and take ownership of outcomes
