📋 Description

• Lead Springboard Hospitality, the independent and lifestyle hotel division • Set and execute the company's commercial revenue vision • Drive portfolio revenue growth and market share • Collaborate with the President, Commercial Team, Operations, and Property GMs • Shape strategic direction and drive innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience • 5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles • Hands-on experience with independent and soft-branded hotels • Proven experience influencing executive-level decisions • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance or related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Deep expertise in revenue management principles and commercial strategy • Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS (SynXis CRS experience required/strongly preferred), GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools
