📋 Description
• Take ideas from initial concept through execution alongside creatives, technologists, producers and leadership. • Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers. • Combine conceptual thinking with craft and attention to detail • Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, spotting opportunities for unexpected interactive, environmental, or animation outputs. • Find outside inspiration, and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud • A passion and hunger for learning and up-leveling your craft • Portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking and high-level execution in brand experience work (spec work is welcome) • A collaborative team player that is motivated, pro-active and positive. • Multi-disciplinary interests in other media (illustration, animation, 3D, etc.)
