📋 Description

• Draft residential homes and interior layouts • Create lighting plans for design projects • Prepare presentations based on the designer's inspiration and design concepts • Support the designer with drawings and design documentation • Create and revise shop drawings for custom design elements • Revise drawings and plans based on designer feedback and project updates • Assist with 3D rendering tasks when applicable (experience preferred but not required) • Perform other tasks related to the position

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service approach • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred) • Experience working on architectural or interior design projects from concept through installation • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit • Experience with 3D Rendering is a plus • Strong 3D modeling and drafting skills • Experience creating professional design presentations • Familiarity with Canva for visual presentations • Experience with 3ds Max and Archicad is preferred • Experience preparing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and lighting plans • Ability to design and draft custom furniture pieces • Strong knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) procurement, documentation, and coordination • Experience with drafting, take-offs, and technical design documentation • Experience coordinating with vendors and managing procurement processes • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high design and documentation standards • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident approach • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly • Ability to understand and follow established processes with minimal supervision • Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours • Interested in long-term career opportunities • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
