📋 Description
• Contribute to strategic projects in the public sector • Support stakeholders in modernizing HRIS • Participate in large-scale migrations • Optimize HR processes • Provide user support and assistance • Create custom Business Objects queries
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years' experience in consulting within the public sector • Experience in AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage — functional/project owner support) • Knowledge of HRIS (e.g., HRa Suite, BO (Business Objects), ESTEVE, etc.) • Ability to lead business workshops and to draft requirements specifications • Certification in responsible digital practices (a plus)
