📋 Description

• Drive sales and forge strong relationships with new and existing customers • Develop strategies to increase revenue • Train and motivate the sales team • Analyze market trends to optimize sales performance • Provide guidance, motivation, and training to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets • Develop strategies and objectives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets • Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team and individual performance • Design and implement sales plans, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and market penetration • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and improve sales processes • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecast sales projections, and manage expenses to optimize profitability • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities or potential threats

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field • 6-10 years of relevant sales experience (required); utility experience is highly preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends • Must be self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relations and work with team members of various levels and backgrounds • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations • Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory (CA, NV) • Must live in the assigned territory
