• 3+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry • Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
