📋 Description

• Own product experiences that make Veriff's fraud detection, prevention, and accuracy strengths measurable and actionable for customers • Lead development of a Feedback API, fraud insights in Station, and automated fraud reporting • Lead customer engagement to create feedback loops between customer outcomes, fraud signals, and detection improvements • Shape how Veriff packages, sells, and grows its fraud offering • Assess the fraud product roadmap and packaging and agree a revised version with product and fraud leadership • Identify and prioritize three to five fraud product improvements and move high-priority items into development • Launch an updated fraud product offering with design and beta partners • Run a shared-signal pilot with platforms as an initial step toward a cross-platform fraud network • Bring improved fraud products to general availability and support customer acquisition and deal closure

🎯 Requirements

• Fraud and risk expertise; experience shipping fraud or risk products, or fighting fraud and managing risk at a scaled, digital-native company • Understanding of attack patterns, fraud team workflows, and the precision/recall trade-off • Experience with network-effect or marketplace data products • Ability to specify a signal, read a model evaluation, and ship and manage a rules engine • Ability to distinguish work suited for product development versus data science • Customer discovery experience with fraud teams and trust leaders • Nice to have: experience building with operations teams • Nice to have: commercial packaging, product pricing and sales, and working deals alongside Sales
