📋 Description

• The BDR role at HubSpot offers the opportunity to learn best practices around consultative SaaS selling, using proven sales frameworks and creative & targeted prospecting. • In this role, you will be equipped with the tools, training and have the opportunity to work with high performing peers as well as partnering with Mid-Market or Corporate Account Executive to drive sales pipelines. • You will be a valued member of the team, contributing towards the growth of HubSpot's market share in the ANZ market by providing a top tier CRM solution to businesses. • We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who have already excelled in similar sales roles and who want to build upon their experience in the tech space. • We have a structured pathway for our BDRs to progress into the Account Executive team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a high volume and outbound sales role • Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious • You will also have a proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
