📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive data-driven solutions addressing critical business challenges and improving operational efficiency and strategic outcomes • Work directly with global HubSpot leaders to understand business performance and drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions • Develop go-to-market and operational strategies, including business/pricing model transformation and retention-driving plays • Support the annual Customer Success revenue plan • Architect scalable, reproducible data assets serving as the organization’s single source of truth • Drive the use and application of analysis and demonstrate possibilities through analytical work • Partner with stakeholders to translate data and business needs into specific analyses with actionable insights • Conduct quantitative analysis of user behavior to identify customer experience issues and opportunities • Collaborate across teams and business functions, combining strategic research with quantitative insights • Communicate insights and action plans to stakeholders from a data-driven perspective • Own scalable assets that improve efficiency and data consistency in an enterprise-scale data environment • Inform near-term operational decisions and product roadmaps using reproducible, high-integrity analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Academic or professional experience with a heavy quantitative, analytical focus • Track record as a go-to expert for the business, driving data-driven decision-making and shaping strategic decisions • Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with and presenting strategies and outcomes to C-suite executives • Passion for fostering a high-performing culture, participating in the analyst community, and coaching and mentoring junior analysts • Experience working with large datasets, including data mining, manipulation, and exploration in a fast-paced environment • Experience using AI to elevate analytical standards and scale project execution without sacrificing rigor • Ability to write performant, complex SQL queries • Ability to perform analysis in code-based or notebook environments • Experience building commercial models such as ROI and LTV • Experience forecasting trends to inform near-term operational decisions
