📋 Description

• Own the go-to-market strategy for HubSpot's AI connector portfolio, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and future connectors • Execute AEO marketing campaigns across content creation, owned media, partnerships, paid ads, affiliate marketing, and other channels • Develop and execute AEO tactics to improve HubSpot's visibility, citations, and brand presence across answer engines • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams on new go-to-market initiatives • Monitor competitor activity, platform changes, and AI ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities • Establish measurement frameworks for AI-native acquisition channels • Own activation and onboarding programs helping customers discovered through AI channels realize value and adopt HubSpot successfully

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, AEO, marketplace optimization, or related acquisition-focused marketing roles • Strong familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies • Understanding of how users discover and interact with products within AI ecosystems • Strong understanding of AI Search • Proven experience building and executing growth campaigns that drive measurable customer acquisition, activation, or revenue outcomes • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations and experimentation plans • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
