📋 Description

• Recruit and hire 3+ top mobile engineers • Develop and scale a high-performing team across iOS, Android, and cross-platform disciplines • Drive mobile roadmaps across employee and company-admin product surfaces • Provide technical leadership on mobile architecture, device fragmentation, and AI-assisted engineering tools • Own release engineering practices, pipeline management, build sign-offs, staged App Store and Google Play rollouts, feature flags, automated PR testing, and cross-device QA • Partner with product management, UX design, operations, and backend teams on API contracts, backend-driven UI, security controls, and release schedules • Establish and maintain mobile observability using Braze, Sentry, or Datadog • Mentor the team and define mobile engineering processes, architecture, pipelines, release processes, QA infrastructure, and telemetry • Own outcomes including app store ratings, crash-free sessions, release governance, and reliable app delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with a strong focus on mobile application delivery • Proven track record of shipping production iOS, Android, or cross-platform React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform apps across multiple store release cycles • Experience with mobile release operations, store submission guidelines, and feature flag management • Deep technical background in mobile software engineering using Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform • Understanding of mobile architecture trade-offs, device farms, automated UI testing with XCUITest, Espresso, or Appium, client-side telemetry, and API contract design • Excellent verbal and written communication, mentorship abilities, and experience fostering healthy, inclusive work environments • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
