📋 Description

• Lead organizational strategic planning efforts defining OneHome’s long-term growth agenda, market expansion, capability development, and operational transformation • Facilitate strategic planning processes and establish roadmaps translating vision into executable priorities • Conduct research, expert interviews, and analytical evaluations to gain industry insights and identify opportunities and capability gaps • Evaluate complex opportunities for value, feasibility, growth, outcomes, and improved member care • Develop high-level product requirements and realistic strategic roadmaps with enterprise and operational partners • Support governance and oversight of OneHome’s strategic initiative portfolio • Establish prioritization frameworks, monitor initiative performance, identify risks and dependencies, and provide leadership transparency through reporting and business reviews • Coordinate multifaceted teams to develop strategic recommendations, meet deadlines, monitor progress, and communicate status • Develop strategic deliverables, executive dashboards, leadership briefings, Board materials, and enterprise communications • Inform leadership and Board decision-making and organizational alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience • Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting • Two or more years of project leadership experience • Experience with analytics and use of data • Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen, including business case development and opportunity evaluation • Experience leading strategic planning, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs in complex organizations • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills • Experience developing presentations and recommendations for senior leaders and Board-level audiences • Experience managing strategic portfolios, performance reporting, and governance processes • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and influence decision-making across organizational levels • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Preferred: experience in healthcare or adjacent industries, particularly Medicare Advantage and/or value-based care strategies/contracting • Preferred: knowledge of Humana enterprise business functions and processes
