📋 Description

• Triage and resolve product issues reported by users • Work in the codebase, submit fixes, and validate fixes before release • Interpret user feedback to identify underlying problems and prioritize accordingly • Monitor product quality and user experience across products • Identify patterns and systemic issues before they compound • Test changes, check relevant edge cases, and confirm reported workflows before resolving issues • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate issue resolution • Communicate concise, specific updates about broken, fixed, and outstanding issues • Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge • Potentially grow into direct product development and client-facing solutions work based on performance and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role • Experience building or experimenting with Claude Code • Understanding of applying AI tooling to accelerate real work • Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently • Ability to interpret user feedback and identify meaningful product problems • Understanding of UX sufficient to distinguish real problems from non-issues • Clear written communication and effective issue escalation • Ability to work without a detailed process and create an independent system for managing workload • Must be US or Canada-based • Availability to stay responsive during active sprints • Accountability, curiosity, and a builder-first mindset
