📋 Description

• Triage and resolve product issues reported by users • Work regularly in the codebase, submit fixes, and validate them before release • Interpret user feedback to identify underlying problems and prioritize accordingly • Monitor product quality and user experience across products • Flag patterns and systemic issues before they compound • Test changes, check relevant edge cases, and confirm reported workflows work before resolution • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate issue resolution • Communicate product issues, fixes, and outstanding work to relevant teammates • Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• US or Canada-based candidate • Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role • Experience building or experimenting with Claude Code • Understanding of applying AI tooling to accelerate real work • Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently • Ability to interpret user feedback and distinguish real problems from noise • Sufficient UX knowledge to assess user complaints • Clear written communication skills • Ability to escalate issues with actionable information for product leads • Comfort working without a detailed process and creating an independent system for managing volume • Ability to move quickly and remain responsive during active sprints • Availability to start immediately or soon
