📋 Description

• Design and maintain user security groups, roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls across Workday HCM and Financial modules • Drive automation and integration with the centralized identity and access management platform to streamline governance and provisioning • Run security audits and monitor for segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts • Ensure confidential employee and financial data aligns with regulatory frameworks • Partner with HR, payroll, and the business to troubleshoot permission issues • Implement secure workflow enhancements • Gather requirements and demonstrate successful delivery • Support IAM requirements and actionable items for Huntington’s security teams

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in Information Security within Workday HCM, focusing on IAM and organizational privileges and policies • 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery • Experience managing IAM within Workday • Experience gathering requirements and defining actionable items for Huntington's security teams • Professional exposure to SailPoint and other enterprise security tools • Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), privileged accounts, and integration application program interface (API) capabilities • Preferred certification: CISSP, CISM • Ability to act with integrity, take pride in work, seek to excel, be curious and adaptable, and communicate effectively
