📋 Description

• Build full-stack features on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models • Work with users and the business day to day inside a pod • Maintain quality through tests and evaluations on everything that ships • Build within the agreed solution design and flag gaps in the design • Set the engineering standard in the pod and support less experienced engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years building software or AI, including 1 to 2 years leading • Python and TypeScript, back end and modern front end (React or similar) • RAG and agent experience in production • Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar) • REST APIs and enterprise data integration • AWS or Azure, deploying and operating cloud-native workloads • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines) • Vector databases and LLM observability in production • Infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep) • Healthcare or higher education exposure, including HIPAA or FERPA environments • AWS Machine Learning Engineer - Associate, or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102 or its successor) • Comfortable working with the business
