📋 Description

• Contribute to client engagements defining AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans • Lead independent workstreams within larger projects • Analyze business processes, data flows, and technology ecosystems to identify AI and automation opportunities • Support the design of responsible, human-centered AI operating models and governance frameworks • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and change management specialists to deliver AI-enabled solutions • Develop go-to-market materials, frameworks, and client proposals • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes using agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation tools • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and frameworks • Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge-sharing on AI transformation • Help clients translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes and support responsible, scalable AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation, with exposure to AI, analytics, or digital strategy • Ability to connect business challenges with technology solutions • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP • Experience supporting AI or data-driven solution delivery, including generative or agentic AI applications • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver independently, and work collaboratively • Experience with RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, or AI agents preferred • Familiarity with data platform modernization, AIOps/MLOps, or cloud infrastructure preferred • Hands-on experience building dashboards, prototypes, or lightweight AI automations preferred • Certifications in cloud AI platforms preferred • Prior consulting experience preferred
