📋 Description

• Architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions • Provide client engagement delivery oversight and program management • Collaborate with client senior leaders and Huron team for delivery oversight • Construct enduring relationships to benefit the firm and sell additional project work into clients • Lead teams, create solutions, and communicate effectively at every level

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) • Strong experience in data conversion, migration, and data quality management • Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns • Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development • Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities • Strong client-facing presence with the ability to articulate solutions, lead technical discussions, and support sales efforts by instilling confidence with prospects and stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions, presenting to prospects, and serving as a trusted advisor in client-facing engagements
